Dear guest, First of all, we would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to welcoming you and also for sharing your comments here on Trip Advisor. We are happy to read you liked our beach and food. But also feel concerned to read that we did not meet your expectations. As we are an adults only resort, we have activities just for adults and also, our Star Friends team Tare trained to try to involve guests in activities without being disturbed. Many times our guests prefer to rest and relax on the lounge chairs instead of participating in activities and probably the reason why you felt there was very little -or none- participation. We always invite our guests to participate, but we are not pushy if they do not want to. Regarding our beach, we would like to inform you that the federal Mexican government is committed to the conservation and protection program in which focuses that the rocky areas of the beach maintaining its natural beauty.
