We are constantly looking at ways to improve the check in queues and appreciate your understanding on this occasion as it was our peak season. The access from the shopping mall is restricted before and after the operation hours of the mall. Please be rest assured that our hotel is very safe and we take the safety of guests very seriously, we are currently in the process of implementing key card access to all guest floors, which should be completed by the end of the year.
