Dear Samara S, the 8th of April that you wrote the review, it was only the second day of operation for 2018 and after a long winter renovation. All guests stayed as a group from 6th to 9th April, which means you wrote it before departing but we still thank you very much for taking the time to do so. Please, accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and let me inform readers that we now have brand new room doors with very advanced electronic lockers, of course we had some issues at the beggining but now they are working fine.
