As you said, there is a hard job in front of the guests, and also behind them, that pretend to get a fantastic experience that they can remember with love. It is too much appreciated that you pointed out these efforts that Saskia, Antonia, Sara, Michela, Rebeca, Rocio (you wrote it almost right!), me, ... and all the team that compose the hotel team do in order to get the maximum satisfaction of our guests.
