Dear Guest, Thank you for your interest in providing us feed back about your stay. We appreciate your taking the trouble to share your experience. Thanks you’re for the kind comment about of Resort Facilities, location and Staff With regards to the hot water, we have 24 hours supply of hot water, however we believe in conserving energy. Hot water is released between 7:00 am to 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, during other times we request our guest to call the reception for hot water. It takes only 5-10 minutes for the supply to commence. we do this to conserve energy as there is very less utilization of hot water during other times and keeping the hot water supply open will lead to a loss of Energy/Heat Its always been our highest priority & we put in a lot of efforts to ensuring our team offer consistent service at all times, feedback such as yours only means we need to try harder and prevent such feedback from reoccurring.
