My staff reported your issues the same day you mentioned them. The lodge was re-cleaned whilst you were out and apologies were given.I am disappointed with your review. You were found you alternative facilities which you used and said the shower was great. You have chosen not to reveal this in your review.The small hairline crack on the side of the shower tray has been examined by an expert who has advised the shower is still usable and a minor glue/seal repair carried out. It is hard to understand your photo of a upturned cup as they are left turned upside down for arrivals. I am prepared to offer you a discount for a future stay as a goodwill gesture but you have already stated you would not stay again. .
