I don't submit bad reviews. In my view, negative reviews tend to generate more heat than light and are often submitted by those with little travel experience, or who expect first class treatment for budget priced payment. I only review venues that have exceeded my expectations - those that have simply met the expected standard are ignored, and those that fail to meet it are places that I will not visit again.
