Apologies for the delay in responding - I have only just become familiar with the Q&A section of Trip Advisor. We have many dishes on our menu which are suitable for people with Coeliac disease - we have great local support from the Halifax Coeliac Society who promote us as one of their restaurants of choice. We have also recently added to our menu gluten free bread and pasta options. The kitchen team are also very accommodating in making amendments to dishes in order to make them suitable for those with a gluten free diet.
With regards to food handling and preparation, all flour is stored in separate containers and when an allergy or intolerance is reported extra care is taken with food preparation. We also have a separate fryer for gluten free products to ensure that there is no cross contamination.
