Delicious food - particularly mixed kebab starter and chicken tandoori starter. Great portion sizes (we took leftovers home). Also, very friendly staff.

We regularly get takeaway delivered from here - it is our favourite. We've occasionally dabbled with others but always return to Anica. Lovely food and unlike one other which I won't name, they always get the order right.
Big mistake, used Anica BICESTER for years, but it's gone down the pan now, went in for an early evening meal, the whole restaurant had that "smelly drains" stink, so me left, never going to use Anica again and can't recommend it
We ordered from these tonight (19-3-2023) Placed order at 17.40 told it would be an hour..... 1 hour. I rang them after an hour 20 mins. They said it was on its way! 30 minutes later it turned up. "COLD". We rang to complain and...was told that the manger was calling us back. NOTHING. Food to a very bad quailty. "AVIOD" SHOCKING SERVICES SHOCKING FOOD.More
Placed an order on UberEats for delivery. Told wait time was 30-45minutes. Over 1 hour later and no delivery. Contacted restaurant and told delivery would arrive within 10 minutes. An hour later and we are still waiting (despite several attempts to contact restaurant). Finally get...through to be told they do not work with UberEats and our order has not been received by the restaurant. At no point did the restaurant call to inform us of this, instead they left us with the impression our order was on the way. No empathy shown from manager, terrible customer service, unprofessional and incompetent.More
I ordered a curry leg of lamb to celebrate my friends birthdays.the service was fabulous and the food superb. The vegetable accompanys were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much for organising this for us!
Lovely and warm in the restaurant, lovely warm service too. Unfortunately the food lacked any flavour or spice. The rogan was a yellow watery sauce with peppers and the occasional soggy tomato. No discernible spices and no chilli heat at all. The lamb curry seemed...to be pre-cooked meat dunked in another flavourless sauce. Even the poppadoms were soggy. The bread and daal were both nice. Fortunately it was relatively cheap - but we shall not be visiting again. I cannot imagine where all the positive reviews have come from - unless they are people who don’t really like Indian food.More
Because we had had a good meal before we decided to have a takeaway for dinner with friends. I rang up on Friday and gave the order for 6.45 on the Saturday and paid. At 7 it hadn’t turned up and was told it would...be at least 25 minutes because they were so busy - that is not my problem! They hadn’t started thevorde4 as he couldn’t find it so if I hadn’t of rung 8 don’t think we would hav3 received it! My onion bargees were like bullets, the veg curry was mush with only spuds and my mushrooms bitter. The rest of the food was mediocre. Will find somewhere else in future!More
Along time ago we used to have a special dish which was a whole leg of lamb cooked for 24 hours. I wanted to do this for a friend so approached Anica. They were amazing and even got gluten free flour for the nans! The...food came with lots of veg curries and was absolutely amazing! Cooked to perfection and delicious! We also have enough left to feed 4 people for at least another 2 meals! The service was amazing and they went far beyond what they had to do. It was a fabulous evening. We will be back!More
Visited last weekend after a long absence and was sadly disappointed with the experience. The food was generally average, very little meat in the jalfrezi just mostly sauce and very little paneer cheese in the sag paneer main dish dish! The other thing which felt...wrong was the large group of teenage boys loitering around inside and outside the restaurant, it appeared that one or more were related to staff members judging by the times they went behind the bar, it just all felt very unprofessional and as a paying customer a very underwhelming experience, very sad as use to visit regularly.More
Understand new management, last two take aways have been poor. Last one took 1hr 25 minutes. My veg curry to go with my Biryani looked like mush. Will go elsewhere in future
Had a takeaway tonight ! Fantastic food that never disappoints great service the staff look after the customers very well !
We always get our Indian takeaway from Anoca and it is always 100% banging we are vegetarian so get the veggie Dan Sak it’s so bloody tasty and is always on time. The people are friendly and provide amazing customer service !

A most enjoyable evening at a restaurant with plenty to choose from. The food was all fine, and occasionally surprising (in a good way). It wasn't entirely to my taste, but was undeniably well made and presented and it was good to see a restaurant...willing to innovate.More
