Simple menu - with choice of platters. Perfect to sample some local produce - they brought out a massive sharing board with different types of meat and cheese. To sample different ages of local parmesan and cold cuts. The fresh baked focaccia was superb, to complete there was some lightly pickled vegetables and its possible to order the wines /... More

We stopped on Saturday at 5pm for a quick aperitif/snack. I tried some cheese while my husband took some salami along with some prosecco (he comes here quite regularly for work). The bread they brought us was fantastic and warm, I really appreciated the brown focaccia. The lady who served us was very friendly. The only slightly negative note was... More

If cured meats, pasta and cheese are your thing then you need to visit this place for lunch. Amazing home made pasta and every kind of cured pork known to man. Amazing wine linst and a deli counter for take outs once you are done eating. However you will need an italian with you, Only Italian is spoken here.

Perfect place for a traditional Italian lunch. Delicious meats, cheese, bread. The service was wonderful and the meat market and restaurant were impressive.

I was looking for a lunch spot outside of Parma on my way to Bologna and came across this place and so glad I did, it's like a dream deli! A family run operation with deep roots in the prosciutto and parmesan industry. They produce both in the back and have a charming restaurant up front with impressive cold cases... More

The most perfect lunch spot in Parma! I came here with 12 contractors and stoped for lunch. Their charcuteri is among the best I ever tasted after spending 10 years and more than 25 business trips in the area. The Culaccia is excellent! Try with the Terre Verdiande Lambrusco N.V.

This casual restaurant is in the front of a cured meat production facility and was busy with locals. The prosciutto was melt in your mouth delicious and was, in fact, the best we’ve ever had. All the food was excellent and the local lambrusco was delicious. The meal was an incredible value, especially when you consider the quality of the... More

We have been on our way to Parma and heared about this restaurant, so we did a stop. The food was great, even we ordered our lunch "blind", because the menu was not easy to understand, if you cannot speak italian. We had some ham, parmesan and buffalo mozzarella together with some really great bread. Great Meal and much higher... More
