Really lovely little cafe / deli with a menu that's not the usual, but delicious, and fabulous staff who really look after their customers. First visit but would visit again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Salmon tart; chicken and avocado salad and smoky beans and baked potato, all delicious. Really liked the fact that food is sourced locally too. Sweet menu great too. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed a really nice cooked breakfast at this small cafe - my only complaint was the loud radio playing in the background - it really was intrusive to having a conversation

Delightful staff especially the young waitress and very interesting food. Catering for all sorts of diets , we all really enjoyed the food we had. The only downside for me was the noise of women talking in such small room...small price to pay for an...More

Really gorgeous “plum vanilla fave” breakfast today with added bacon - the homemade bread served with homemade salsa, avocado and fried egg was delicious, as was the sunshine juice that accompanied it. Partner had bacon, eggs and beans in toast - again fab! Especially delighted...More

Had the £7 taster box and it was absolutely delicious and extremely colourful too. I have eaten in their cafe in the past and it was lovely eating a healthy lunch at the Narberth Food Festival yesterday was absolutely lovely.

As a vegetarian I rarely get many choices - here I was spoiled for choice. I finally opted for the lemon polenta with roasted tomatoes, spinach and veg with a delicious and varied salad washed down with Orange, Carrot and ginger smoothie! The whole things...More

Appears to be a new offering in lovely Narberth. We had a lovely lunch (home made quiches, pies and salads) followed by some delicious cakes. The coffee was great too and the children loved their picnic platter from the kids' selection. Well worth a visit.
