As we were early we had a drink in the Public Bar which had a good crowd and the atmosphere was great. We went down to the Restaurant which was warm and cosy. Our meals were delicious - we had the... I was not impressed at all with this shack. I walked in and got the smell of dust and pneumonia. The place is very dark. The staff are ok I guess some are quite blunt and bland and don't want to make any conversation. The food is really not that good, nothing to bum about. I was seriously not impressed... More

Great value on steak night, excellent steaks and a free bottle of wine. Two steaks, two sides and free wine food £35 - and the steaks were excellent 😊

The Dufferin Arms is a favourite spot of mine for a tasty bar meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Fortunately I haven't visited in a while and was excited to return recently to some lovely new subtle changes to the bar menu. A favourite of mine is the Fish and Chips,... More

Last minute decision to have midweek meal did not disappoint.Always enjoy a drink in the bar of my local. Steeped in history with lots of memorabilia to browse. Staff always friendly and menus quickly produced. We got a nice table by the fire to browse the choices. Menu reads as typical pub grub but is of untypically high standard. We... More
