Had dinner at this place with a business delegation. A three course dinner was served, which was really excellent, magnificent. The ingredients used, the way it was prepared and served, the taste of it and the good wines that were served.... everything was of very high quality, excellent!

We used this location as the center of hikes in area. Touched by American flag with plaque as one goes through arch into old town thanking US troops for liberating the city in WW II A quiet hotel with beautiful grounds.

This is an extremely professional operation. The service is outstanding, and unobtrusive (not always the case in Temples of Gastronomy) and the food is superb. Everything is, naturally, beautifully presented and the combinations of flavour are subtle and clever. The wine list is as good as the food.

St Paul Trois Chateau boasts a Relais & Chateaux Gastronomic Restaurant of high repute, and those in the know will be find frequently its elegant tables on holidays and high days so be sure to book. The tables are graced by their elegant lady owner, Priscilla Mollicone, while her husband, David, is a Foodie Whizz of note. Order the extremely good local rosé wines and roast lamb with artichokes or splash out on the monkfish with haricot beans and truffle oil.

Great ambiance, very professional staff, and what a finesse on your plate. Dishes with a melange of very subtil fragrances. Winelist made by a real connaisseur (not cheap though). Not only the wellknown names, but also great less known wines from this region. Impeccable service. Please Michelin, I met recently some starred restaurants that are less! Villa Augusta deserves your star.

David's cuisine is superb - local fare but with a modern and Asian touch. A perfectionist - cares a lot about everything. The restaurant staff are superb as well.

We stayed at the Villa Agusta and had a nice diner in the resraurant. The ambience is relaxing and they used earth colors for the interior. The restaurant overlooks tge garden which should be beautiful in full summer. The disher are superb and well thought of by the chef. The sommelier is a person who had passion for his job and who can advice you the best wine to go with your dish. We were adviced the "The Dame Blanche du Sud", which is a wonderfull wine you need to taste when having the fish dish. Tge menu's are well thought of. The price is good and we would advice to take one of there menu's starting from 50 euros and up. Your expectations can ve high but once you have taste tge food it is like an trip of natural flavors. ....staff are friendly, speaks english and the service is outstanding. The village is small but it has its charm.

Passing by Villa Augusta and having read reviews about the Hotel and the restaurant, we decided to make a reservation for lunch. It was a spur of the moment descision which we did not regret. The restaurant looks rather modern and slightly sterile with it's white tablecloths. We had a very nice table next to the patiodoors with a view over a small garden and the pool. We decided on the Menu de Marché (three courses for 28 euros pp) and as it was Friday, it was fish on the menu. The starter and the main course were absolutely TOP: Very, very tasteful and beautifully presented. Super quality and prepared with great imagination. Dessert was equally tasteful and well presented. Service was immaculate. Coffee on the shaded patio. Highly recommended as it was long ago since we had such a superb meal in France.

Since the change of ownership, the cuisine has evolved; it is traditional and tasty we particularly liked the stuffed sea bass and the delicious capelin pork chop

I recommend this restaurant to all vegetarians who appreciate fine cuisine. It is very rare to find a gourmet vegetarian meal of such finesse. Well done to the chef! my compliments ! Moreover, the welcome could not be warmer. However, you must indicate when booking that you are vegetarian. It is so rare to find a restaurant to cater for vegetarians with such a delicious and imaginative cuisine. My compliments to the chef! Also the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. A really great culinary experience! Don’t forget to mention that you are vegetarian when you reserve however.
