This is a lovely restaurant. We went during a day biking round the bodegas of Maipu. We arrived around 2:30 but were still welcomed for lunch and were not made to feel rushed at any point. The 150 pesos menu del dia (May 2016) was delicious: included warm bread with a degustacion of olive oils, starter and main, all suitable... More

Good food, I liked the empanadas and beef. The recommended wine was good. Old traditional style decoration made a great environment. Service could have been better.

We stopped her for lunch as part of our wine & bike tour through Mr. Hugo. It was wonderful! Lunch was a 3 course, very reasonably priced feast where you were able to choose your entree and dessert. Everyone in our party of 5 was very pleased with their food. Portions were large, food was flavorful and the restaurant itself... More

My husband and I shared a wonderful meal here, and of course some amazing wine too. Steaks cooked to perfection, this meal was both delicious and well-priced. Our host Hans from Posada Cavieres Wine Farm suggested this little family run restaurant to us, and what a great find it was. We opted to sit outdoors, which was so pretty. The... More

We had the cheese a plate and pasta with pesto. Both were homemade and delicious with generous portions. The staff were a little abrupt and we're going to charge me to fill my water bottle, which I found very rude.

Nice Restaurant, good food, excellent service. What a nice place, with good food and excellent service, people are really friendly here and make you feel welcome. After visiting several bodegas where we sometimes got the impression that they are on "auto pilot", this place is a relief. Open from 10 to 18, with reservaton also during the evening.

The empanadas were very fresh, the atmosphere was quiet, old world. I wish we would have been able to eat there again.

This place is beautiful and is very comfortable to be in. The cannelloni was great, but the steak wasn't grilled to my request, and wasn't evenly grilled as well. The prices are very comfortable, and on top of that you can get discount coupons from various bike-rental stores. Service was slow, but very kind.

We were staying about 1km away in Villa Victoria who recommended La Melesca. The first time we tried to get in at the weekend it was full, and it was worth going back for. We had a lunch for £12 including empanada, sausage, sirloin steak and salad. Really tasty typical food that we had hoped for. The only snag is... More
