Situated on the promenade with a nice view of the sea this is a great place for lunch or dinner. The goats cheese starter is lovely and the wild mushroom risotto was superb. We tried several dishes over a few visits and were never disappointed. It can get quiet quite early on occasion so I'd suggest going not too late... More

We went past this restaurant every day during our half term break in Port de Pollenca and always see it busy. We decided to try it for lunch the day before we left, and it turned to be one of the best! We tried menu of the day, 3 course for 17.50 Euro. The risotto starter was so yummy that... More

We ate in this restaurant last week as a party of 8. One of the children in our group is celiac and so we were a little apprehensive about ensuring that the food was gluten free and that cross contamination was not going to be an issue. The menu had a lot of gluten free dishes and the staff acknowledged... More

Refused service. We'd wanted a drink and a plate of tapas. Iru is a good location as it's opposite the playground on the beach, where our daughter was playing. It was 6pm and the restaurant was empty. Told "not possible". We'd sat down at an empty table that hadn't been laid for dinner. I'd have understood if we'd displaced a... More

Very Pleasant meal in the main pedestrian area on the sea front this has restaurant has lots of competition but has a long list of GF dishes which was fabulous. We went at the end of the season so the atmosphere was a bit 'low' however the cheerful waiter made up for it.

We sat down in the shade but wanted a view, a few coffees and something to eat for breakfast. Pleasant service, lovely coffee and the croissants were great. Just the ticket.

Went with friends on the last night of our holiday. As it was the last night, and money running out, we opted for their "menu del dia" choice at €18 a head. Don't assume the quality depreciates taking this choice. This is one restaurant that continues to serve great food whatever you pay. I opted for their seafood risotto starter,... More

Two amazing meals here during our stay in PP. Good menu and plenty of selection for children which is also a very good standard.

Nice location on the pine walk. Visited here for lunch but it was pretty average. The service was ok. All in all a prettying unremarkable experience

First lunch is always a tricky affair. You don't know the area, some of your party are still feeling queasy after the flight, some want to plunge into tapas and others want something familiar and reassuringly English. Iru was the perfect spot for all the above. There is a selection of full meals and lighter bites, Spanish and English food... More
