We used to live in Goring many moons ago. On a recent trip to the area we decided to re visit Masoom's as we'd enjoyed many meals and take aways there. Overall Masoom's is a quality Indian restaurant, very clean and the service is tip...top. The food is of a good quality especially the breads and tandoori. Our main course was pretty average and fun of colouring, something I don't recall Masoom's using before. My major gripe and reason for leaving this review is to warn future customers of what Masoom's deem reasonable pricing. The starters, mains and even sudries were reasonably priced and reflective of the high end Indian restaurant Masoom's is. My major concern was that we were charged £4.50 for a pint of soda water and £8.50 for 4 poppadoms and dips. So much so that I wanted to complain and have the water and dips removed from the bill BUT being British my wife told me to be quiet and just pay. I do realise there's a cost of living crisis and restaurants need to make money. I'll send this to the restaurant, increase your main meals or starters or simply just add a £10 charge at the end, charging £4.50 for a pint of soda water is just obscene as is £4.50 for 3 tepid dips. Anyway it might seem like a petty gripe but it kinda tainted the meal for me which overall wasn't ridiculously pricey - £84 for two adults and two kids with me having two pints of cobra priced at a very reasonable £5.50. As always I've tried to be fair in my review as some will think I'm being tight but others will agree.More

It was an delightful experience. Great Indian food and great hospitality. I've tried 40+ Indian restaurants across London and this is one of the best I've tried. If you in Goring, then this is the place.

It was our second time visiting the restaurant and we were pleased to find the same delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and again the fantastic service. It's a long drive from where we live but it is definitely worth it 😀

Super helpful with vegan options, went through the whole menu explaining what could be made. Big portions, and very tasty. 10/10 recommend.

This is one of my favourite Indians it has such a great variety of vegetarian dishes, the aubergine is awesome the Dahl is great and I had the tandoori monkfish was fantastic. The service is excellent as always and the house Shiraz is great value!

I regularly travel 24 miles to meet a friend here for a boys night out. Over the years I've tried most of the medium-hot main dishes on the menu and they've all been delicious. This post was prompted by a new option I spotted last...night - the Korai Kabob Khyberi - which totally smashed their record out of the park. It will be very difficult to revert to any of my old favourites having tried this fabulous main.More

As stated in the title the service and food were both great. The staff was very friendly and informative about the food and the culture. The food was excellent, especially the Alkrashma Lamb was amazing. Overal a pleasant experience.
