I ordered a delivery and it arrived basically to the minute predicted. First time I've used these guys too. The chicken wing starter is absolutely amazing, I cannot praise them enough! I visited Haweli as part of a group for my friend's birthday. The service provided by Ali and his team was first class and the food was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely return again soon.

We were very excited to be booked in for our anniversary after visiting two weeks ago....however, on being seated and the table not even being ready for a table for two as reserved online, then ordered a bottle of wine and a beer, after ten...minutes one glass of wine arrived and a beer and all glasses removed (now these things happen, we are all human and perhaps they had someone training ) so we tentatively/politely asked that we had ordered a bottle of wine, and with this the glass of wine is taken away leaving nothing on the table for a further ten minutes... after much confusion it finally came. Our popedom's came and we were most happy, yet after an hour from ordering our mains, and seeing yet other people who came after us enjoying their meal we began to wonder. Now this is where I have the biggest problem, instead of realising their mistake and simply just apologises for their mistake, owning up that they had forgot the order or it was a particularly tough evening they came up with with the poor excuse that everyone else had ordered starters and they must be served first ??? and that this restaurant is fully booked and the best in "Twyford" and we were told that we were lucky to be here. They also expected anyone who was in their over-flow area would be expected to stay there till about 11pm so they thought it best to leave us. At this point I really could not believe what I was hearing and was totally insulated by their ignorance, please do not get me wrong, being very local to the area, we were very much hoping to enjoy a good relationship with this restaurant and continue to return, but I am so sorry to say I would never give my business to this restaurant again, or recommend or bring any clients to this establishment. I could not guarantee their etiquette, as it clearly was not there in my case. Furthermore I paid my £69.00 and left. Two weeks ago I paid the bill of £65.00 and tipped the waiter £10.00.More

Exceptional food and lovely team. We are never disappointed the dishes are full of flavour and the ingredients fresh. I would strongly recommend any days.

Visited to celebrate a friends birthday. Very busy (Friday night) but plenty of staff so no delays. I’ve been to Haweli a number of times before but this is the first time reviewed so it’s a summary of those visits mixed with specifics from the...night. Food was great (as usual) and the atmosphere good. We had a booth, so were able to hear each other over the bustle around us. Menu has lots of dishes I’ve not seen anywhere else and plenty to choose from so there should be something for everyone. This is our favourite restaurant for Indian food in the area so it’s quite a way from our house but the journey is worth it.More

Absolutely fantastic food & service. I would 100% recommend this restaurant, it is slightly more expensive than your "standard" Indian restaurant, but then it isn't a "standard" restaurant ~ it is class!

Lovely food, good service - and they INSISTED I had a complimentary drink as it was my birthday. Not going to argue about that!

My Friends chose this restaurant as they live locally and can’t stop raving about this place. I can see why… they are so busy even on a Monday night! We met here for a get together with friend which hadn’t seen each other for a...very long time. Delicious food and stellar service. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. It’s just a shame I live 100 miles away. Let’s just say the reunions will happen much more often if this is where we are meeting. Lovely Brandy to finish off the evening too!More

Amazing night again! Came here with my family for a special birthday treat and what a treat it was. It was a busy Saturday evening and the atmosphere was great. Staff all very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They even surprised my...daughter with a lovely birthday cake and a box of chocolates which was very unexpected but made it extra special.
