I went for a holiday with my family to the restaurant, we order our food and waited for about an hour, at that time we asked the manager what was going on and she tolds that the waitress did not enter our order and she would do it herself, after this we waited for another 1 hour until we could... The restaurant is really pretty you can enjoy the Laguna, spend the day swimming or sunbathing. The food though... it is just awful and expensive. Fish did not taste fresh, smoothies were 5$ which is ridiculous because we're in Nicaragua... My dad tried the asado which has meat and chicken and he had stomachache all week... Chicken fingers and fish... More

This property, located on Laguna de Apoyo is a hostel and restaurant with access to the lake. We enjoyed a buffet lunch in the restaurant, smoothies, diving into the lake from a couple of high porch like structures, kayaking, swings, hiking trails with monkeys high in the trees and an overall great day here. We did not stay at the... More

You have to spend a minimum at the restaurant, which is not communicated to you at the beginning. The food was mediocre at best, staff was inconsistently friendly, but the view was incredible. Wish we would have just paid for a day pass from one of the hostels for lagoon access.

We got there to enjoy a drink. We were told that we had to spend a minimum amount of money to stay there. It was empty, nobody in sight. We told them we just wanted to enjoy a drink, without using their beach or anything. They still told us to spend a minimum per person which was below the two... More

We saw the pier from along the water and we decided to go in. We were not treated well. There is a very big deck over the shore, but the hotel does not permit the shore to be used by people who do not pay to go into the hotel. There was an older woman who met us. We asked... More

The view of the lake from the deck is nice. The prices were extremely high, however, and I was forced to pay a tip-it is supposed to be voluntary in Nicaragua, I thought. The price for a churrasco and one beer was 20 dollars. I live on a budget that does not permit this kind of luxury often, although the... More

Beautiful view from the restaurant, outside eating and drinking just next to the water. From food to swimming in seconds. Lobster tails are recommended, with scrimps and garlic... Relaxing with a breeze from the huge lake it is a pleasure to sit outside and eat.

We went there for lunch, and enjoyed watching people jumping off their little wooden dock into the waters below. Food was okay, nothing to rave about.
