Service and food here was of high standard. The dishes were imaginative with good blend of flavours and was hard to choose what to eat as all looked good on the menu. What we had didn't disappoint....so I would recommend.

We always visit Steamers when in the area, as a couple and with family. Warm, friendly service and excellent food. Plenty of choice, always fresh and delicious. The fish taster plate is a great way to try different fish and combination of flavours. The mackerel...More

Really great food at quite good prices as well. Plus the staff are really nice to. Would recommend if you want a nice meal from a good restaurant more than pub grub.

Suspect only guide dogs but ask. You might feel less self conscious with the village pubs which are pretty good.

You can take a dog in during the day for coffee/ lunch and there is a designated area. Not in the evenings. The Anchor is dog friendly in the bar areas as is The Dolphin and Osbornes (when open).
