To be honest we (5 friends) went expecting just a good meal in a "regular" restaurant. Everything about this place left us amazed. The way the dinning room is laid out, the internal decor, the location were just beautiful. Then when the food came is where we really knew that this was going to be special. Impeccable dishes full of... More

On our second vacation in the Provence in August we reserved a table at this Restaurant for our farewell dinner. On arrival at 19:30 the place was completely empty. The lady in charge greeted us in an orange polo shirt - she later changed into her more appropriate work attire. None of the tables had been set with tablecloths and... More

We didn't expect to find such a charming place in Eyragues! We recommend a table in the porch to enjoy the garden and the sunset. Refined dishes and mise-en-place, lovely amousebouche and after dessert, tasty home-made bread. I had a lobster and red fruits salad as starter, vegetal ravioli and fish as main plate and fruit salad with sorbets as... More

Reputed as a taditional French place, we went here for diner 3 times in the past couple of months. Each time we were happily surprised by the chef's cuisine, with a modern twist to classical dishes, the freshness of the produce and the creativity of the combinations. Add to that a great wine list (at reasonable prices) and very friendly... More

The food was beautifully presented & delicious. We had a set four course menu, on top of which we were served some surprises: An aperitif trio (caviar d'aubergine with whipped goat's cheese, a mini polenta muffin, lobster cream with lime confit), & 'mignardises' after dessert (cocoa marshmallow, raspberry mousse & panna cotta, & a mini-cake). Overall, it was a lot... More

One might be critical when visiting a restaurant of this (price) level. We lunched here and ordered the 3-course lunch and a bottle of wine. The mise en bouche, a panacotta of shrimp and citrus was promising. For starters we had a collection of heirloom tomatoes with a foam of mozzarella and a raspberry sorbet. Although a nice combination I... More

We came upon the Restaurant by accident and it just seemed to feel right to stop. The service and the food were of the highest quality. a modern setting with a beautiful terrace overlooking a part tame and part wild garden. Watching the sunset as we had our meal was a treat. the tomato/mozzarella/raspberry sorbet was one of the best... More

Le Pre Gourmand is in Eyragues, just a few kilometers due north of St. Remy. The terrace is a relaxing venue overlooking a relatively plain grassy field. The service is exceptional and the food is several notches above average. We were especially taken with the combination of Cotton Candy and foie gras. The restaurant is a fine choice for those... Description
In a Provencal and "rustic-chic" decor, Christine Fare holds a personalized welcome. A large luminous room and a vast terrace that faces south and looks over the garden's display that evolves throughout the seasons. With the unavoidable duck foie gras (fattened liver) preserved with bay laurel and shredded vegetables ("julienne"), cotton candy with cep mushroom powder, chestnut flour grilled bread with figs, the Chef expresses his creativity. He appeals to the 5 senses and awakens the 6th, emotion!
