Excellent sea food menu and not noisy even when full. Pity wine is soooo expensive in Ireland. I guess that's why even the women drink Guinness and tend towards corpulence!

I had fish & chips which I thought were very poor. The chips were not edible and over all very poor. On top of this, when I complained the waiter or Manager was very rude.

we went for a quick bite to eat on a Thursday evening. I was glad we had booked as it was really busy. But service was quick and efficient. A fantastic menu available with loads of meat and fish options. They catch a lot of their own fish and what is on your plate was possibly in the sea that... More

With a name like Ouzos I was expecting a Greek restaurant. Well, it isn´t! However, it does offer an interesting menu, nice food and a very friendly service. I had a really nice salad with crab meat and prawns. The creme brûlée was very good indeed!

Ouzos Bar & Grill has a contemporary design which is also comfortable. The menu has a range of light lunchtime meals as well as offering a range of starters, mains and deserts for those who can manage them. I opted for a starter of fidh chowder which was thick and creamy (and would suffice as a light lunch on its... More

It can be very stimulating to have such intrinsic variety of meats and fish. The freshness of all dishes means that variety is a real route to knowing quality -- both of cooking and service provision. The ambience is casual and welcoming and the prep promising. In the interim the bar and staff are helpful in guiding customers to a... More

We were able to get a table on a Friday evening without a reservation and were shown promptly to our table. The food was excellent. Really good for fish in particular. Very child friendly, the child's portion was generous and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. Can't be faulted, we will be back!

Great Fresh Fish and chips and other sea food offering however Ouzos also offer a good range of other menu options. Easy to find in Main Street Blackrock, friendly staff, best fish and chips by a country Mike in South County Dublin. Their food can also be tasted on the pier in Dunlaoghaire while out for a leisurely walk, a... More

Having been to Ouzos, in the nearby village of Dalkey, (see review of Dec 2016) our party of 4 decided to try the twin sister establishment in Blackrock. We again opted for the Early Bird, the menu selection & layout is exactly the same as in the Dalkey restaurant and there is plenty of choice. We ordered a mixed selection... More
