This pub/restaurant states wheelchair accessible - yes it is but no disabled toilet and access to beer garden impossible due to ramps in urgent need of repair ! - however on a plus the food we had was of a very high standard and the...staff went over and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests but I felt they were somewhat embarrassed at the struggle we went through on our visitMore
Travelled along way, and what a disappointment the chips were burnt were they had been reheated, they were not freshly cooked, the way the food was served you would think we were in a road side cafe,it was just dumped on the plate, I could go on...but I'm sure you get the gist.More
Amazing staff, perfect atmosphere. Great for kids but also couples. Katy went out of her way to give us some last minute chips after the kitchen closed. The chefs ensured we got some. Very kind going it their way. Thanks guys, we will be back.
What a lovely place!! Accommodated 5 of us, 2 of which are vegan, lots of choices for all. Staff were very friendly, food was gorgeous, we will definitely be returning!
We had a 5 family gathering (10 adults and ten children) for Sunday Lunch. The White Hart had excellent seating to comfortably accommodate this large number. We were able to pre-order roasts and choose other menu options. Everyone very happy with the food and drinks....The service was swift and very good thanks to Chris and team.More

Visited The White Hart today for early birthday celebration The pubs has the perfect location, right beside the river and the garden looks fantastic. The food was exactly what you’d want and very reasonable. The team of staff were all very friendly and couldn’t help...enough. Will definitely be visiting again and if you’re in the area, don’t miss outMore
Popped in as we were passing, looked nice right on the canal. Great service, even better food, 100% will go back
Popped in whilst out on walk on towpath nearby. Good Covid protection in force. The garden area is a credit to the owner as the flowers in hanging baskets and tubs are beautiful and cared for and enhance the garden tremendously. We only had a...coffee which we ordered on an app. The garden is right next to the canal water, so maybe not great for younger children. But we loved it.More
We came here Tuesday whilst taking advantage of the current dine out at 50% off deal. We sat outside in the beer garden next to the stream, its very pretty with all the flowers and foliage. Nice atmosphere. Nice food and even better with the...half price bill!More
First time in a pub for months thanks to Covid. Steve and Zoe made us very welcome and the Covid precautions were simple. Beer was good and food was good. Zoe was especially helpful to my wife and her allergies ( gluten free and diary...free. Dogs are also allowed in the pub now.More
