Lovely little restaurant with first class service and food. Great value but go hungry as three courses are standard. We ordered the house menu which is aged ham, cheese, salad, croquettas and fried fresh pieces. All this with toast and fresh tomatoes and that's your starter!. Then there was a choice of three dishes for main course and we went... More

Tasty food, good wine and a wonderful chocolate dessert. We ordered the tapas menu and it was to everyones flavour. A bonus was the lovely live music in form of classic spanish guitarr. Service was good and the waiters friendy and smiling.

We visited for lunch having been recommended this place by friends who live locally and it didn't disappoint. Tapas, local wine and paella. The jamon was the sweetest, moistest and tastiest I've ever had. Paella was crisp and moist at the same time and delicious. Seafood fresh and beautifully cooked. Overall lovely.

We have seen this restaurant at Tripadvisor and wanted to try it, its a little bit outside the touristic aereas but still in the central of Alicante, a hidden pearl! We came a little bit erly, we had made a reservation for 2, we had to sit down for 10 minutes and then our table was ready. We was seated... More

Standing outside of our AirB&B one afternoon and one of the locals took us here to eat. He ordered for us and everything was AMAZING. The owner were so friendly and the service was perfect. We had no idea what we were going to be eating and the food kept coming and coming. Every bite delicious. If your in Alicante... More

We found this place by accident one afternoon while exploring old town Alicante and stopped for a drink on the steps in the sunshine, having seen inside and drawn to the traditional Spanish charm of the place we decided to go back in the evening for a meal. For our meal we ordered a traditional salad for starters and paella... More

We really enjoyed dinner here because this restaurant is away from the tourist crowds. The food was really fresh and tasted excellent, waiters were super friendly. There was traditional live music which added a lot to the atmosphere. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants to get away from the tourists and enjoy high quality local food.

We spent two evenings here during our recent trip to Alicante and it was a lovely place to celebrate my birthday in authentic Spanish style. There is a bar area with a few tables by the entrance, where a guitarist plays on some evenings, and there is a quaint dining room at the back of the restaurant with about a... More

First of all you dont go here for the standard Spanish fare. the lady who runs the place seems to make up a different menu each day on what she feels like cooking so it was interesting made up of fish and a meat main and various starters and dessert. Ok its not fine dining but you go for the... More
