Chose menu of the day. Burnt garlic cheese bread, raw (not rare) burger. Was not edible. Waiter did not ask if things were ok (guess he could see they were not) No excuse as they were not busy - we were the only ones in there. Drink was supposed to be included, but we were charged - rip off. Wont... More

I meet friends here for an evening meal. I was recommended to take the steak. To me it was just average, I have had a lot better and also had a lot worse. The drinks are not cheap so makes the bill quite expensive.

Carbon had amazing views of the mountains and that makes your meal extra special. Convenient parking and a cheap menu of the day make this a fabulous restaurant for families

i always feel i am eating in the most wonderful place here, overlooking village of polop , with the red sun setting, eating taste delights . carbon is a mix of a american restaurant food, , with Spanish flare , its that content feeling and the bill coming does not change that, ,

The food is very good especially the meat dishes. The deserts are ok, but avoid the pancake, it's really no good. The service is exceptionally slow. The view is really nice so the wait is not so bad 😉

There is only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant, our beverages arrived 30min after ordering, the sangria was a mix of 7 different alcohols that have nothing to do in a proper sangria. The food is good and well presented, 5 stars, but the service really needs improvement...

Good American type food, attentive waiter, well informed & able to recommend sensibly. Mainly barbecued food, hence the name! Live music was good and the guitarist played for a very long time.
