This place is the best deal you can ever find in Japan. Seriously. Ultimate first-grade quality fish, at super reasonable prices, with laughter and joy all around you. Thank you Andy for making this restaurant your life passion!!! What a true inspiration you are!!!

Totally fun and relaxing, with great food and an unusual location - rounded roof, just below the subway (you can hear the trains rumbling overhead). We understand that Andy (a Brit) is one of the very few foreigners who has a restaurant license in Tokyo. Wonderful seafood and a great atmosphere. We were a party of 7 and Andy and... More

After we had tucked into our massive crab legs and claws, giant scallops and grilled asparagus we had a sacrilegious thought; a bowl of chips would have really have hit the spot! I told Andy this and he said "no problem " ; so ask ! Otherwise, the previous reviews say it all !.

Andy's is a rambunctious, loud, great place to eat. Fresh sushi and excellent tempura. The communal tables make for a fun experience. One night we went and it was mostly expats, and then second night we went it was almost all Japanese. The owner is friendly and inviting. A fun place for a night out. Not the place for an... More

On the upper floor, a lot of non-Japanese customers enjoying Japanese Izakaya. Andy and his staff speak English, English menu is available. But the King crab legs is a Must. Everyone loves. It is actually located under railway; but you will forget it cause you will enjoy dining, talking, and drinking. I would suggest you to make a reservation, and... More

This was a great experience. From the outside it looks like something to avoid, but believe me - it's a MUST. The food and service was just great and the choise of dishes is impressive for such a small place. Remember to make a reservation. Only minus are the acustics!

Andy's is a bustling seafood restaurant located under the railway arches in Tokyo's Ginza district. It is the kind of place where booking is a necessity as it is well-known and popular. The restaurant is up a short flight of stairs and has long tables arrayed in the room. Space is a bit at a premium given the popularity of... More

When we walked in my husband turned to me and said "you picked this place?" because he knows I always try to choose restaurants locals frequent and this place was full of tourists (the downstairs seemed to be for locals). I convinced him to give it a chance as I'd read the seafood was supposed to be great. Well, that... More

Japanese colleges brought me in Andy's place, a Japanese pub where you immediately get familiar with the people and the foods. Just follow Andys recommendations, and enjoy Japanese food. Need to make reservation if after 19.00 and remember Andy accepts cash only.

As you've probably gathered from the million other good reviews this place is very popular among tourists and locals alike. The food menu and prices are all pretty good value however I noticed they charge you a lot for tea and it's not bottomless like most places in Japan The highlight of the evening is the king crab legs at...
