4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 March 2014

I ate here with a work colleague after a long flight from the UK, jaded with jetlag and lacking a sense of adventure that would have taken us to a restaurant outside the hotel. It's an attractive space, with a lovely garden outside, and staff are well-trained and attentive. Again, tiredness and a lack of adventure meant that we chose... More

3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 February 2013 via mobile

Location is good if stay in hotel ANA Intercontinental, has a nice little garden outside which should make you forget that you are in the middle of cement. Interior decor reminds of the 70s, acoustics are poor (like Cafeteria, can hear every conversation). Food is good/average, service forthcoming. Ok, can chose the cup from which to drink your sake, but... More

3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 September 2012

Had lunch here two days about while traveling on business. The set menu is over priced. You can get more sushi for half the price within a five minute walk. Also, the quality was not that great. Shrimp was tough, and the uni looked and tasted of poor quality. There are great places with better quality and lower prices very... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
