Ristorante Amoroso is simply surprising. It’s not just a dinner, this is an experience. Multiple tastes will rock you up. A different wine for a different dish. Truly authentic.

I recommend this place to every person that goes to Tokyo. One of the best meals I've ever had in my life and his wine pairings are amazing. It's been over 2yrs since I've been but every person that goes absolutely loves it.

Words really do not do this chef or his food justice. From the minute you walk in, you are pampered with fine tasting wines and food until the minute you leave. It is all a highlight, truly! A must visit if you get the opportunity.

After a brief trip to Tokyo my friends shouted me dinner at Restorante Amoroso as a thank you for childminding the family over the school holidays. It was an unforgettable experience and Chef Maeda was an amazing chef / host whose skill is not just...More

This is the type of dining experience for which we love coming to Tokyo. Japanese chef (who has good English), passionate about his food. Everything homemade. Flavours 'pop'. Italian/French/Spanish influences. Small venue (probably seats 12 maximum), everyone sits at an L-shaped table facing the chef/kitchen....More

Chef Maeda continues to impress. From the very start of the meal to the end is an adventure in gastronomy. The chef takes the time to explain each and every dish and amuse-gueule in detail. The wines and digestifs are perfectly paired with the food....More

Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around
the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in
Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a
photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old
Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this
day, and there are long-standing restaurants with
geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
