Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There are two kinds of Spanish food: the Michelin star restaurants, with innovative cuisine, fusion dishes and good matching wines and the everyday places. The quality of everyday places in Spain is extremely low, the worst in continental Europe in my opinion. This is a...classic Spanish everyday place: premade food is not even warmed up, nobody cares of your experience and the food totally sucks. Avoid their food at all costs, but stop by the terrace to drink something, the view is beautiful.More

We came to this restaurant today, what a Knightmare on Elm Street with breathtaking views. The staff are ridiculously rude, please see photo of hombre moving people from the terrace.....rude little gerbil. Despite coming here for over a year I would rather feed my kids...from the local supermarket than eat the vile dry bread 🥖 that was as dry as a nuns rubber dolly.....apologies all Catholic’s. This place used to be amazing 😉. You have more luck of eating a donkey whole than chicken that is half cooked and looks like it’s been dragged around outside. Fries where cold and the beer is wankMore

The place has a good location near the path to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe and if you sit on the terrace you can expect wonderful views of the sea and rocks. We had super tasty pintxos. The prices are quite high but considering the quality...and the location it's all right. If you love beer, the downside is that the only draft beer is Heineken...More

Came here after visiting Dragonstone, as the only restaurant in the area they pretty much have a monopoly. There was a longish queue for food, and a separate queue for drinks. Food was okay, not mind blowing. But for a resting place after the climb...up and down to Dragonstone, it served its purpose.More

After the visit to the monastery, we drop by to this restaurant and found delicious pincho at the bar. Wow the taste are great. You should try when you are there.

We went after the long walk to and from the monestary. The food was just average - meat was over cooked which was surprising for the dares. Charged dinner prices for lunch. Good selection of wines and alcohol

The place is amazing, but... we went there and I asked for going to the terrace, not possible, I asked for a “pincho” while I was waiting for our dishes once again the answer was NO. Further more, is not a cheap place. I didn’t...feel comfortable, the service wasn’t kind and there are to much rules and you don’t feel welcoming. Not recommended.More

Went there on recommendation of our host. It was a Saturday night but unfortunately we could not book a terrace table as there was a wedding on. Also there were very few people in restaurant as the rugby final was on and all the locals...were in centre of town. Anyway, we had great service and fabulous meal, definitely would recommend.More

Appealing food displayed on the bar, and a great view out the back across the ocean. Service efficient and nice experience.

Very nice restaurant with an amazing view of the ocean. Gets busy on weekends so book a table if you are up for a sit down meal. The dining area’s interior is absolutely cosy. Perfect for big groups or couples. Otherwise pintxos and txakolis on...the bar is just as fun. Will definitely come back.More

Had a wonderful meal at Eneperi for a family celebration. We had the most amazing meals - hake, sea bass, steak, octopus, etc. Some lovely aperitifs! As has been previously mentioned, service could be better/friendly. There weren't menus in English Though towards the end our...server warmed up to us. Desserts were extraordinary! We absolutely loved it. Would totally recommend!More

We booked a table 3 days in advance and requested a place by the window. This was confirmed by the staff even one hour before we arrived. Once we wanted to sit down the staff told us that the table was taken and we cannot...absolutely sit by the window even though there were 3 other tables empty by the window. We were the firts guests and they could not find a reason why we cannot take a place by a window. The staff called the manager who just told us he cannot speak english and shouted something in basque, waved with hands and ran out. We have never been treated like that in any other restaurant. This was below any level of behaviour. This manager should be fired and never work again with any other service. Looks like they don't want to have international guests at all.More

A clear no go. We had been thinking about going for months (we live nearby) but it is clearly not worth it. It took us more than 10 calls to get them to answer the phone to make the booking. Then, experience was very poor....The service was inexperienced and rude and food was just ok. We paid 110 euros for a dinner for 2 without wine. And they brought the food so fast that we were done in half an hour so fish was obviously pre cooked. No attention to details, no service, no experience lived. A pitty given it was an special day for us. A lost opportunity. Not coming back for sureMore
