Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very nice restaurant, just outside Fidenza. Good menu with ample choice and a vast wine list. Prices are surprisingly reasonable and appropriate for the food and location. Unfortunately the staff is not as friendly as it should be.

Beautiful setting with the outdoor seating surrounded by gardens and pebbles underneath tables. Venue was busy on a Saturday night. Cold cuts were delicious and sumptuous. Polenta slabs were tasty. Took a second attempt to get our order correct. Waited a long time for primi...to then arrive. Meant that we didn’t bother ordering secondi as it was approaching midnight. Fruit flan for dolci was quite nice, although the base was too thick and difficult to cut. We returned a few weeks later and had an even better experience at Faustino. Delicious salami platter and polenta topped with gorgonzola and pancetta. We all enjoyed our pasta primi dishes. Chocolate log cigar with habanero sauce was one of my favourite desserts in a long time! Very friendly service.More

Traduci in Inglese We definitely had a great dinner at Podere San Faustino. The appetizer of eggplant was great, the thigh of goose really delicious and the dessert really divine, the only thing that did not convince me were the noodles with mushrooms, sincerely sheets and...savory. I found it reasonable and appropriate to the type of local (very modern and cute) the bill. I think, however, a major change is needed in terms of service, slow, friendly but poorly prepared and perhaps a little too informal. But in any case, dinner deserves to be enjoyed.More

Charming but not luxury restaurant, really nice service. Location is a countryhouse, very well restored and furnished. Internal room is with exposed bricks, create a warm environment; outside, during summer, sunset and garden are really nice. Food is incredible, upon season's products starters are fresh...and delicious, homemade pasta, tagliolini and tortelli MVP, meat and fish are tasty! Desserts, "coppa spagnola" and "Sbrisolona", must be tasted. Good list of wines, with local and over Italy products. If you are in the area.. highly suggestedMore

My colleague and I were staying in Fidenza for a week, our customer advised us to go to this nearby restaurant, which we managed to do after several days (not open on monday, or fully booked on other days). It is a bit difficult to...find the entry road, but other than that it is very well located in a nice building. The restaurant itself has a good atmosphere and enough space for the tables when entering you pass by the open kitchen which is interesting to see. The menu is in Italian which I could understand enough but the waiter (I think the owner or manager) was happy to explain the dishes in a very good way, I was impressed by that. The dishes were the best I had in my one week visit, very delicate and the meat was so tender! For desert I had a white chocolade cake that was magnificent. After dinner we met the chef as he was having a rest. he was (and should be) very proud of the restaurant. would definitely go here again!More

Very interesting interior makes this place cosy, but taste of food makes memories that will stay. Chef makes best sushi in the region so try, you won't regret.

Strangely located along a highway one needs to local to know this place. This beautiful restored barn is turned into an amazing restaurant with ditto food. We were served by the wife of the chef who was very friendly and spoke good english. The chef...apparently works in Cannes during the summer cooking for various celebrities and treats the taste buds of the locals the rest of the year. They use the best local ingredients like the hams, truffels, oils and so on.. and this reflects in their very tasty dishes. They amazing food and friendly service is worth a detour, we will definitely be back!More

Visited this restaurant whilst working in Fidenza, very friendly service and the lady who served us spoke good english I suspect she was the proprietor. We had antipasti to start, the Parma ham and various salami's were of good quality although we have had better!...We both followed this with pasta dishes which were well presented and tasty. A very good wine selection. All in all a lovely ambiance worth a visit if you are in the area, only thing we did not like we're the dogs in the entrance hall as we do not think this is very hygienic!More
