Called in for a coffee as it was chilly and ended up having lunch. Lovely cafe with indoor and outdoor seating areas, very clean and friendly staff. We nad sandwiches which were freshly made and coffee we. All very good, highly recommend ed.

Great views over Sandsend beach and a good snack/lunch menu. Can sit outside or undercover. Visited during half term holiday. Dog friendly. Safe COVID arrangements in place. Staff helpful.

Popped in for late lunch after a walk along the cliffs.... We had the specials Whitby crab and a prawn sandwich very nice.... Cafe was very well organised and kept very clean...

Really surprised the only cafe I have come across that is not providing toilet facilities due to covid and I have been in quite a few. Public ones up the road which aren't very nice.

Not available these currently, but as above there are operating, with Covid precautions, public toilets fairly close. As a 74 year old I understand your needs

I am not sure you can get an afternoon tea there but they do a lovely range of sandwiches and cakes.

All depends on the weather, winter is usually long weekends only but if it is very sunny like is has been recently, they are open everyday
