Booked a table at this Restaurant and had great anticipation of a fine dining feast. The tasting menu had to be booked 24hrs in advance, so we really expected something special. Come the day, the food began to arrive.... one course was sent back as...More

The Kings used to be my local but no longer. The food is very good quality but the choice is so small that I invariably go for the burger as nothing else appeals. I would visit 3-4 times a month if the menu offered greater...More

Such a lovely place. Rooms are clean and cosy. We stayed in a room on the ground floor with twin beds. The only very minor issue (if you can call it that)we had was with the size of the single beds. They were narrower than...More

Amazing roast lunch. Seriously the best roast we have had in ages. Friendly staff, and prompt service(food arrived in less than 10 minutes). We really liked the feel of the pub and would definitely call back in if we were in the area.

Friendly staff, nice room. A comfortable pub bar, with safe service. The restaurant is a good place to dine with space between tables. The food was very good. My only very slight disappointment was during week days there is no full English breakfast. All in...More

We went here for dinner last night. It was quiet, which we enjoyed as it meant we were far away from other people, though they had good measures generally with plenty of sanitiser and good spacing. The staff were friendly and the food was nice,...More
