Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Found this small Italian eatery across the street from the Duomo where most restaurants tend to be pricey because of the area. We had a baked pasta dish and cantalony, service was fast and the food good.

Staff very helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. Easy parking and good for the family however mostly catered to an adult crowd.

Three story place, close to Monza and the speedway to Milan. Convenient location, and well-organized restaurant for pizza, pasta and Italian food. Also a bit more expensive dishes available, but pretty much mid-range otherwise. Good value.

Granaio is located close to the Galleria Vittorio and the staff very welcoming. They were very knowledgeable on the gluten free options that were available (including bread, pasta, risotto, meat, fish and salads). The food was very good, the pasta was cooked very well and...the sauce was excellent. The mojito that we ordered was very strong, almost tasting like minty rum, and it was slightly undrinkable (however, this might be a plus for some), but you certainly got a lot of alcohol for €10. The building and seating was excellent and a very comfortable place for an evening meal.More

The worst Italian restaurant I have been to in Italy. Pasta was over cooked and tasteless. Look for someplace else to eat. Tourist trap with mediocre service.

We went to Granaio for a business dinner on a quiet week night and we were all pleasantly surprised. Nice starters (big portions!), a good choice of pasta and risotto, good meat dishes and good desserts. I would say the food is modern Italian made...with good quality ingredients - they have traditional dishes and quite a few welcome modern twists. Service was good and professional though most waiters seemed to be still new to the job and were slightly slow - but the maitre d made sure all run well. The only negative point is that we had to choose wine twice as they run out of our first and second choice. Though we had a good dinner, I think it is a bit overpriced even for expensive Milanese standards. And book a table far from the TV if you are not interested in football.More

Very nice place in a quite environment, friendly but not that professional staff but they were at least quick with the service. We all tried pastas and we were all happy and satisfied- not big portions but the taste was ok! Maybe a bit overpriced...compared to the other places.More

Very fascinating architecture of a full glass round building. The restaurant on 3 floors is quite warm and welcoming. Staff is nice and acceptably friendly. However, food is nothing special and despite dishes' name on the menu sound attractive the outcome is not worth a...of note.More

Mediocre pizza for a relatively expensive price. A bit of tourist trap if you ask me. A £3 service charge per person was a bit upsetting considering the waiter was slow and overall gave a poor service. (Took ages to bring food, brought another tables...food, took 10 minutes to bring water on a hot day)More

The place is nice, BUT it's the only nice thing about that place: frozen pizza, horrible service (by the way we can't complain about the waiters because it's not their job apparently), breaking glasses (we had the time to see that cleaning glasses is not...their speciality). Hot orange juice was also really classy, like his price (5€). I ate the worse Milanese of my life, the veal was practically burnt, and i waited 10 minutes for a bottle of water. But the last good thing is that you don't have to wait for the bill, because you can only pay the bill a the exit. I also had a dessert while i was eating my milanese, in case i want to eat it at the same time.More

We've been there through Groupon and the food was acceptable, the prices also. But we had to wait a lot for the food, and the restaurant was not full. If we should have ordered the normal menu I would say the prices are too big...for what you get. It's a pity because the place looks really nice, the stuff isn't very friendly and I think that the quality of the food could be improved.More

I had lunch with some friends around Christmas time and had a positive experience. I was misled by the name of the restaurant and I was looking for a farm or more traditional kind of building. It is actually a very modern (and uninspiring from...the outside) building located by a roundabout on a busy road. Inside, the restaurant is very nicely decorated and laid out on 2 floors. The food selection is wide and the dishes are delicious. Service is attentive A bit on the expensive side maybe (10-15 eur for a starter, about 20 eur for a meat main). A perfect place for a business lunch/dinner.More

What a little gem this restaurant is, they do a stunning buffet in the evening from about 5pm it truly is amazing. They also have a more formal restaurant upstairs again the food is excellent and superb wines. The setting is very cool as well,...I really do recommend a visit especially if you are staying at the Euro hotel residence which is only 5 minutes walkMore
