Had a great meal here today with partner and my parents. Food was delicious, big portions and extremely good value for money. Waitress was very friendly and good social distancing measures were in place.
We will return at some point in the future for sure.

I agree with you. The food has vastly improved. The new management are putting so much effort into making vast improvements all around. The Manager and her family are regularly seen working in the bar and restaurant and are becoming firm favourites with everyone who visits. The other staff, Christine and her son Kieran have worked here for years and know most people who visit. They are always welcoming, as you said, with a warm smile and a cheerio 'hello'
