lovely little place in yarm, service was great but what let it down was the roast beef on the sunday lunch, it was sinewy and chewy and quite bland but everything else was very tasty

No it is not members only. It's only a small bar/restaurant so best to book a table if you definitely want to eat there or just pop in for a cocktail and have a look.
