A friend recommended this place to me and told me about their $4 pizzas. It's a funky place with cool decor. I got the bacon pizza and it was good. It was light enough so I probably could have ate 2.

I was here on a Sunday when pizzas are $4 all day. There was no one there virtually, so no queue to order, and fast delivery of food to our table. Perfect. There's a cool courtyard with a dj and tunes for when it's sunny, an upstairs private alcove or downstairs which is open, dark and moody with a pool... More

Really good pizza for four dollars honestly they are just amazing! Had the calabrese and was very tasty. Sides were also delicious. There was a slight mix up with arrival of food but the staff were amazing and very apologetic which very quickly got sorted! Cool little venue and nice touches

We were told about the mythical $4 pizza one night in a secret bar in Chinatown. As backpackers, $4 is basically the holy grail, so of course the next day we went to check it out. We walked right past Bimbo at first as we missed the GIGANTIC baby fixed to the external wall. When we corrected ourselves and went... More

I'd recommend heading to Bimbos during the Deluxe Price times - you'll get any pizza for 4 bucks and they're delicious (I recommend the 'Don't Go Bacon My Heart') The decor is quirky and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect given its Brunswick street location.

The facade of the building is so rundown, I was expecting a sh**box when I entered. Nup! Funky without being wanky, pinball machine in the corner, lots of comfy seats. Late morning, "because we can" drinks, had a ball here. Can't go wrong with the pizza.

We've been here a few times - the pizzas are great value and they're really nice! The place plays good music, we went here and stayed all night once and had a really good night, got really busy! I like the outside area / it's good in the daytime for drinks in a beer garden, And it's a good smoking... More

Thanks to my mate Dan (a local) who suggested we take the kids to this funky place for lunchtime pizza. The fresh crusty base with just the right amount of ingredients was very tasty and washed down with a pint of little creatures pale ale for $10 it screams value. The place has a bohemian / retro feel and the... More

Staying in Fitzroy

Neighbourhood Profile
Fitzroy is an unusual blend of working class roots, hip gentrification, and a robust bohemian work ethic. Along Brunswick Street and its side streets, you'll find little independent shops where local clothes and furniture designers display their wares. There are specialist bookshops, funky record bars, and quality vintage clothing shops where browsing is the next best thing to buying. Gertrude Street is famous for its cuisine and art galleries, but if you want to buy an old-fashioned snooker table, there is a shop for that too. Small pubs still exist, tucked away on the corners of suburban side streets that serve up traditional Sunday roasts. Live music abounds, and the street performers play so hard you worry to tip them would ruin their concentration. Venture to the Spanish quarter on Johnston Street and you may even find street dancing. It is all happening amidst off-beat street murals and the shuffle of a very funky neighbourhood that embraces both old and new.
