There are new owners, and the tearooms do not have the same welcoming atmosphere that Christine provided. I do not like the new menu and the prices have gone up and the quality of the food gone down.

We had been told by family who live in the mountains that Megalong Valley Tearooms. But no-one mentioned the quality of the coffee. You don't typically expect to find great coffee so far out from a major town. We got takeaway on top of the coffee we enjoyed with breakfast. Food was good, with generous serves and service pleasant and... More

Lovely to sit outside in the countryside and have some lunch. The scones and coffee were both great.

Our group arrived here for afternoon tea & we certainly were not disappointed. It is a beautiful location & gets busy but it does have a fair bit of outdoor seating wher you can enjoy the views & the Aussie bush.

We took our friends to our favourite Blue Mountains breakfast spot (as we live in Blackheath it is a no-brainer). One of the great things about this restaurant is it has all-day breakfast AND all-day lunch. As it was about 11 am I decided to pick one of their light lunch options and chose the savoury scones with a creamy... More

We had a fantastic pumpkin-Ginger soup, home nade bread and excellent coffee and tea and friendly service. The ambience inside as well as outside brilliant, especially with wood fired combustion heater. Worthwile a trip!

The BEST Devonshire Tea you could wish for - plus a variety of other tempting options! The drive to Megalong is worth the effort alone.

After a drive down the winding road, it is such a relaxing place to be for lunch. They serve good food. I missed the scone and the whipped cream! Great that they do have the vege option too. Visit on Mac 2017.

Wonderful spot to stop. Worth the drive down the winding road from Blackheath. Really enjoyed my pot of tea. Friend said her coffee was just right, didn't need to ask for an extra shot like at some places in Sydney. Oh and those delicious scones served with blackberry jam and freshly whipped cream. Serving spoons were provided.
