In training at the local chef Hr. Wendler was laid the foundation for the subsequent career. The family Rebstock recommended Roy counsel to the ***** + Colombi Hotel in Freiburg. Also, the traditional cuisine of his father Herbert Rath has contributed much to the career.Herbert Rath in 2011 led to the kitchen of the King of Prussia and made a herrvoragenden reputation far beyond the region. The essential quality feature "Fresh" is associated with short distances, it is obvious that the preferred purchasing sources are located in the region.Fresh wild asparagus or from the region is a matter of course. This combination of Tradtition and modernity makes the food at King of Prussia is a special experience.
