Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A lovely Christmas tree once again. Professional and prompt service. The weekend’s Christmas Market was also lovely. A variety of stalls from local producers. Great gifts bought for Christmas. A shout out to Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and Elf too. Diolch Penrallt.

Went to the Penrallt today for a treat, to include lunch of course! As usual the meal was excellent, drinks lovely and hot, staff very friendly and efficient. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the cafe, separate space to eat with your dog, useful toilets and fair...prices. The garden centre is like an Aladdin's cave, there are so many areas to explore and a first-class range of goods on offer. The staff here are also friendly, helpful and efficient. There is a lovely woodland walk and places for children to play outside. Every time we have visited (2 or 3 times a year over a period of 13 years) there is always something new. It is one of the few businesses in Wales that truly maximises its potential. Well done to all, thank you for making it such a nice place to go.More

Second visit, 18 month apart. So much has changed but not the food portions and excellent, friendly staff. Food was lovely and all freshly cooked. Separate dog friendly seating area. Sat outside for coffee afterwards. We love it here.

For my money one of the best garden centres I’ve ever been to. I’d be surprised to find a better one west of RHS Wisley. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Great variety of stock, lovely trained fruit trees, unusual and...interesting plants & shrubs, always something that I want to buy. And Cafe attached.More

Came across the garden centre and stopped for lunch. There’s lots of seating (indoor and outdoor) and a great choice of food (and cake) on offer. The service is super friendly. We had lovely fresh salads, a panini and yummy scampi. All were really delicious....Couldn’t have asked for more. Generous portions and love that the plates etc are planet friendly. Doggy ice cream was also a hit. Would definitely pop for lunch again if in the area.More

We enjoyed our meal in the cafe and the cakes were ‘to die for’. Lots of lovely plants , garden features and furniture. Super gift shop with some unusual items. I spent far too much ! A long winding country road to get to it...but we’ll worth the effort.More

We come here once every new season for the last 3 years. Amazing stock of garden goodies to suit everyone's taste and style. Staff are super friendly and will help load your car up with heavy items without a whim. Christmasses here are a wonder...to visit and missed visiting in 2020 due to covid. Of course, no trip to the garden centre is complete without the restaurant to distract us from going home. :) The proper icecream milkshakes are big and thick and stacks of variety in flavours...just how it should be. A lot of places could learn from your example. The food is great too. I love the baguettes. Waitresses are super friendly that have put up with our little tribe. Also there is a cozy part to eat in if you have a dog. Make a few hours out of it if you plan in coming here. Also some nice walks nearby to take the dog...so you could be here quite a while...2 trips to the restaurant even. ;).. Keep up the good work folks and you should feel proud of your work. See you again in the Autumn.More

I think if you are coming from the south through Moylegrove village it is quite steep & narrow. Coming from the northern end, from Cardigan, I think it is an easier route.
