A lovely welcome and a delicious snack. Will definitely pop in again when I next visit New Quay. Post Office attached and interesting items for sale.

When we visited this cafe we were the only customers at the time, the family running the cafe/post office were having conversations and didn't even come over to take our order the man told us to 'shout it out' rather than to come to us, the lady was shouting at her young son and we felt like we were intruding... We were looking for a mid morning stop for just a cup of tea and a tea cake. Toast and Post provided the perfect place. It's nothing special but portions are generous and fresh. Try the tea cakes they are soft fruity and lush. If you still do, you can post your postcards home right next door ...

Had a fantastic Cheese and Onion sandwich with a bit of salad on the side, but the best was the coffee and Walnut Cake it was to die for. The people were really nice and attentive to detail.

A quick coffee, no chance, when you see all the homemade cakes you could stop here all day. Good coffee, good food, good atmosphere.

Called in for a cup of tea and a toasted teacake, only a few tables and a large sofa to sit on, our order was taken, 10 minutes or so passed and it arrived, all hot, with two china cups and saucers, very nicely presented, the café was dated but clean and very friendly, the tea and teacakes were perfect.

This is a small unassuming cafe but it fits the bill perfectly if you just want a quick re-fuelling stop. The Teacake we had was a generous size, as was the mug of coffee. Great value. Would be more than happy to go back.

A small Seaside themed Cafe, where you are greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. A good choice of delicious snacks or light meals made from locally sourced ingredients. There is also a large range of mouth watering home made cakes on offer. So if you're visiting New Quay, you must give this little Cafe a try, you won't be... More

A large party of us stopped for a quick coffee. Its a clean modern restaurant bar with a modern seaside décor. We visited out of season but it still proved to be very busy. There are young pleasant serving staff who were quick and efficient. We didn't eat, but the food looked lovely..
