We were out with friends and decided to pop in for a snack and a bottle of wine. The food was great. Served and presented very well and the wine a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will certainly visit again.

Really god beer on offer at £2 a pint. Lunch not so good. I ordered a tuna and red onion granary sandwich and got a cheese and tuna sandwich on what looked like 50:50 seedy white standard loaf. It was not good.

A Public House that has a separate dinning area and outside seating. Families are welcome but children are expected to be seated with their parents. The Kings Head serves a lot of locally sourced food prepared to order therefore there may be a little wait at busy times. By bar prides its self on fine quality real ales and a range of imported lager as well as an extensive spirit range and reasonably priced wine list. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar area.
