Went here after seeing the seated man and was very pleased we did...charming oldie worldview pub...3 or 4th hihetsbin engalnd I believe...it was Christmas time and you could tell. Good menu Nd great food. I had a beef casserole. Very tasty...reasonably priced.

We had a beautiful meal, our steaks were perfect and good portions .we stayed the night in thr car park our van, was a fantastic night . A bit hung over but worth it .

Another great visit. Wonderful food, generous portions, a warm friendly greeting, historic surroundings, what more could you ask for ? We had mains only, it was all we could fit in. Magic - we will be back.

Yes there is a camping field set to one side of the pub. Lots of people who do the coast to coast camp here, and the food in the pub is great
