Busy pub in a fantastic walking location. Large portions of well cooked food and good friendly service. Beef and lamb both exceptionally tender. Salmon in cream sauce also recommended.

Fantastic good quality pub food (huge portions) great atmosphere, exceptional staff! Very popular with hikers. We have been dining here for many years and have never left dissatisfied. A little gem on the north yorkshire moors. Highly recommend -definitely worth a visit !
