Would highly recommend having a meal here, it was very good and the landlord was very friendly. We were staying 2 nights at the Burn Hall Hotel a mile down the road and decided to eat out on the second night.

This is not ' a pub meal' experience, it would be better to say a restaurant experience. Food is top class and the owners are superb. it is well worth the trip to eat such excellent food
Lovely food and great value 3-course menu. Roast beef was delicious. It's a shame more people don't go there!
Nothing to fancy or pretentious. Standard pub menu at fair price. Good portions but no room for pudding. Very welcoming. Shame more people don't go yet; would add to the atmosphere.
