Thank you for your feedback, we couldn't agree more that the pub is in need of some TLC and we are currently attempting to get the PubCo. that owns the property to invest in some refurbishments - particularly for the patio, fingers crossed!

I believe the entrance we used had at least one step, it maybe that a different entrance is on the level, hope this helps.
