popped in here for a quick drink before dining at the hotel across the road. very warm welcome and a cosy atmosphere. didn't eat but the bar menue looked fab.

We booked a 5.30pm slot as our friends were out later that evening. I recommend booking for a later time, I'm not entirely sure the chef was on hand to cook at that time of the evening. Two of us ordered the fish and chips....More

They have tables outside certainly, but no 'play' area I was aware of.
