Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and superb coffee with friends. The delicious and fresh produce is the best way to start the day. Highly recommend

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, don't let the queue put you off, it moves really quickly. The food and cake selection are always delicious and well presented.

Visit often. Sometimes for coffee and a fantastic fruit scone (a meal in itself), sometimes for lunch. I love the food choice, and the new salad dish is gorgeous. Great place to meet friends or go as a couple. Like the quiet room as main...More

Very slow service. Went in for a quick sandwich. Qued for 10 minutes to be told they made a conscious decision not to do sandwiches to keep their 'chefs' engaged haha. Oh please. So instead they have burgers and grilled halumi. That should keep them...More

This is a very good watering hole with hot and cold drinks and food. Lots of tables and chairs inside and outside dependent upon the weather. We bought some fruit scones and a child's burger with chips which were all tasty. There is a good...More

Hello unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the café but we have a covered area outside.

I think there's probably quite a gulf between a leisurely drink or meal and waiting in line for 15 minutes to be served (on Sunday 21st June) only to be told that any hot food would take another hour to arrive. Yes, everything is cooked fresh, but that is just a ridiculous wait time and unacceptable even to those that value the ingredients over the experience. It was Fathers Day, but the Cafe itself and tables outside were far from full. Either something had gone wrong yesterday (and on some previous visits), or the model is broken. A sign indicating the unavailability of hot food would have been useful as it's never good to hear bad news after a lengthy queue. So yes, we went elsewhere as we were interested in lunch not an evening meal. Oh, and if a cafe advertises breakfast up until twelve, it's also probably a good idea to offer it to people who finally reach the front of the queue before that cut off point. Lovely place - just needs to realise that it's a cafe not a fine dining experience for an evening out.
