we tried the 4 course tasting menu for my husbands birthday. all the food was excellent, the wines chosen really complimented the food. The staff were good at explaining how the food was made and answer questions. By far the best meal I have had in years

The Chef is a genius. We went for my partners birthday. The staff were helpful and knowledgable about the menu and wines. The local Hampshire wine was good! Each course was beautifully crafted and presented. The fish was of high quality and combined with our own choice of garnish. Great idea. To finish amazing puds...

Tucked away in a small coastal town in an annoymous little shop front is one hell of a gem of a restaurant. With hints of Masterchef and flavours that blow your mind the restaurant is a find and a half. All the reviews do it justice (apart from the negative ones which must have eaten at a different restaurant!!) A... More

The fish is superbly fresh and so are the tastes - zingy and new to me, with lots of different combinations, and the ones tried by our group all worked. Yummy puddings too! Definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant itself is nice enough but the real stars of the show are: 1. the fish, naturally. We had between us turbot, scallops, lobster and more scallops. All were perfectly cooked to provide the right texture and had bags of flavour with the imaginative accompaniments. I would say this is just pre-Michelin level so get in before the prices... More

I'm very impressed with services the chef came to explain what fish good with this and that and what it tests like. Excellent presentations I'm happy with that. Only one thing fish is quite small or I'm greedy??? I think I am.

We came across this restaurant by checking reviews on TripAdvisor. Boy am I glad I took the advice of many of the reviews and plumped for the 6 cost tasting menu. The restaurant itself is very tastefully decorated with a calm sea life theme. With some eye-catching original artworks and wooden sculptures made from driftwood. It is very cosy with... More

Excellent seafood restaurant with attentive service. I had the tuna - cooked red which was delicious. You choose your fish and then add one of four sauces/garnishes. Good choice available. Good starters too. I had the brixham crab (only because I'd had scallops very recently). Immaculately prepared - my only niggle was that the dressing detracted from the subtle flavours... More

We've just returned from our first visit to this little fish restaurant in Milford and what a visit it was. We only discovered it yesterday and decided to give it a go. We couldn't have been happier. The service was spot on, attentive and friendly and the food was first class. We had the 6 course tasting menu and at... More
