Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Outstanding Roast, we visited last weekend for a family occasion. Never eaten here before, every aspect of the Sunday roast was outstanding. Not one thing I could have said they could improve. Already looking forward to returning!

This was my second great stay with friendly & helpful Landlords. Stylish newly-decorated en-suite room with tv, small fridge, microwave, toaster etc. Sunday lunches in the pub are legendary and worth booking. Lots of beautiful locations to visit nearby. Looking forward to my next visit!!

Booked for a group of friends. The owners were very relaxed and although initially there were 20 of us booked, we were not asked for a deposit although we offered one. The lounge area is beautifully done out and very cosy. We were served very...quickly with drinks at the table and then ordered food. The whole atmosphere was relaxed, warm and friendly but this was surpassed by the absolutely delicious food. We had a choice of four meats, sauces were offered and there was more than enough vegetables. What particularly pleased me was that we were given mashed potatoes and roasts, whereas many places serving roast dinners offer plain and uninspiring boiled potatoes so this was a very welcome treat. I cannot fault this place for Sunday lunch and will be making regular bookings here in future. This place is a hidden gem, thank you!More

Visited Pembroke Dock to see some friends. We used The Welshman’s as our local whilst we were there. We have done this for a number of years, but this year we found that the pub had new owners. What a difference, we always liked the...place, but it looks so much more inviting, and the welcome from the new owners was excellent. Normally my wife and I would find a table tucked up a corner and keep ourselves to ourselves, but this time we found ourselves sat at the bar chatting all the time we were there. I can only say thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would recommend this pub to anyone visiting the area.More
