We have visited Rousse kiosk many times over the last 30 years whilst visiting Guernsey. Usually it is for coffee or a cold drink and one of their wonderful cakes. Things were different last week as we were enjoying very autumnal weather. However a great hot bacon baguette and a hot sausage roll straight from the oven set us up... More

Fresh baguettes full of just cooked bacon or orange and blueberry sponge cake are just two wonderful things about the food here. Made on the premises the cooking smells entice you from the beach below! Gluten free cakes means everyone is catered for. Some come a long way for her crab sandwiches! As you enjoy her delicacies you can watch... More

We stopped here for a quick lunch on a tour of the island. It may have helped that it was a beautifully sunny day but we were really impressed with this place, it really is a lovely place to sit and eat al fresco. Admittedly, it could be a bit windy but there are sheltered corners to sit as well.... More

Homemade food including excellent quiches, pies, Guernsey bean jar. Giant bacon baguettes, Kiosk faces the sun and the views are across the bay which itself is really lovely. Easy to park yet away from the main road. Do visit, you won't be disappointed.

Guernsey Tea Kiosks are an institution and should never be overlooked. There are a few around the island but Rousse is our favourite. Someone else has recently sung Philipa's praises so won't duplicate. Kiosks sell a range of sandwiches, cake, drinks and ice cream. They can be busy, so if walking it may be a plan to order in the... This is a small beach kiosk on Rousse Headland that has an extensive selection of home made cakes, savouries (such as sausage rolls and quiche) as well as sandwiches, baguettes and salad boxes made to order. There are also gluten free no dairy free options on offer. Philippa is well organised, she has to be, it is a very popular... More
