Booked for lunch, arrived on time. Good choice of food, which was cooked beautifully. However, the service lets it down, the young waitresses were not very attentive. One meal arrived five minutes before the rest, which was left to cool. No apologies made for the wait, a side portion of potatoes ordered with the first meal, arrived after everyone had... More

Rang my Wife on the way home after another hot day at work and told her we were off by a river for dinner. Chose the Temeside as closest to home. The setting is superb on a sunny day, lots of beautiful hanging baskets & planted walls, plenty of space outside to eat & drink and the River Teme close... More

Our family with a young child popped into the Temeside Inn on Saturday evening, to be greeted by a cosy bar inside. In good weather, there is plenty of outdoor seating, overlooking a very pretty river. Inside there is a restaurant area that looks nice, and the bar area we went into. The bar was quite full of locals, both... More

We had fish n chips here which was nice but nothing special and i considered it a little expensive for what it was as the portions were tiny The real ale was very nice n the bar staff were friendly I would go here for a drink but would not recommend eating here

seen the pub on route back from Brecon, looks amazing from the outside a great location to watch the bikes and classic cars crossing the bridge. Ordered some food and sat outside. Went to get a second drink and stood for what seemed and eternity waiting for someone to attend to the. Little did I know that I'd become completely... More

Ate here twice recently as it was the nearest pub to where we were staying, just a mile walk. The menu is a little limited but the portions when they arrived were big. I can't remember when I last saw two gammons on one plate! Everything was cooked well and the chips were particularly good. Desserts were ok but perhaps... More

Looks a lovely pub on the outside, we'll kept and neat. However inside, tired and not the best menu you will see in these parts. Oh well, you can't have everything.

We stayed in this area for a week from Bolton Lancashire, we were very impressed with everything this pub as to offer. Flat iron steak was very good and Wye valley brewery '1985' lager was excellent. Outside garden, lovely location and eating inside in an unusual wooden conservatory also very pleasant. we will certainly call again when back in the... More
